What this covers

This page explains how to remove data Rakho stores about you, and how to revoke Rakho's access to your Google account. Data already published to Google Business Profile remains under Google's control unless you change or delete it in Google.

1. Disconnect in Rakho (fast)

Sign in to Rakho.
Open the Dashboard.
Use Log out / disconnect. This ends your session and removes stored Google credentials for that workspace where supported.

2. Revoke Google access

Open Google Account → Third-party access, find Rakho, and remove access. Google will stop issuing tokens to Rakho.

3. Request full deletion from us

Email privacy@rakho.app from the same Google email you used with Rakho. Include:

Subject line: "Rakho data deletion request"
Your Google account email
Approximate dates you used Rakho (if known)

We will delete session data, stored credentials, business drafts, and related records we hold for that account, except where we must keep limited logs for security or legal reasons. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

4. Data on Google Maps / Business Profile

Listings, photos, and verification state living in Google Business Profile are managed in Google Business Profile. Rakho cannot fully erase Google-side listings on your behalf without your continued Google authorization and Google's own tools.
